B. A. Johnson and Alexis D. Johnson do a fantastic job bringing this story to life. The characters are realistic, flawed, human. The descriptions throughout are fantastic and do a fabulous job of painting images in your mind, making it feel like you are there, living in Neer with the Silents and Sirens.

Have you questioning your own morals.

I was super interested in this book from the start, and I was not disappointed! The characters were so well thought out and you could feel the depth in them and with their relationships to each other. The descriptions were so vivid. There’s definitely fun twists and turns along the way, including the ending which made me wish the next book was available!
